Creative Direction, 3D Spacial Design & Concept Development

This passion project explores immersive spatial storytelling through large-scale festival environments, designed to pull audiences into a narrative-led experience rather than simply a physical space. Inspired by mythology, symbolism and surreal architecture, we set out to design environments that encourage exploration, curiosity and emotional connection.

Through creative direction, we shaped the overarching world-building, tone and visual language, drawing on themes of introspection, ritual and discovery. Using 3D spatial design, we developed detailed layouts and structures, including a circular maze stage centred around a glowing crystal DJ platform, intimate storytelling spaces and layered pathways that guide movement and flow. Each area was carefully considered from multiple viewpoints, ensuring the experience feels impactful from above, within and at ground level.

Our concept development focused on how sound, light, texture and form interact to create a fully immersive journey. From interactive entrance moments to focal performance spaces and surreal bar concepts, every element was designed to enhance atmosphere and audience engagement, blurring the line between set design, architecture and live performance.

The result is a collection of imaginative festival concepts that demonstrate how spatial design can be used as a storytelling tool, creating memorable environments that invite people to lose themselves in the experience.
